I my never ending quest for more performance out of my Wrangler, I just had to try the Airaid Poweraid throttle body spacer. Here’s how the install went.

First thing you want to do is to remove your throttle body air intake assembly by loosening the hose clamp, move it out of the way for now.

Now that you have access to the throttle body, Remove the (4) 10 mm bolts (see picture) . Once removed, remove any gasket for a clean surface. I didn’t have a gasket under mine so I can move on to the next step.
Place one gasket under the spacer and one above the spacer and place it under the throttle body. Replace the stock bolts with the new bolts and washers supplied with the kit. Tighten down.

Now this is where the instructions get fuzzy on my install, the instructions say to remove the 3 bolts on the linkage bracket and place the 1” spacers, Mine only had 2 so I replaced the two bolts with the new ones supplied with the spacers.

Lastly reconnect your air intake and test your linkage, as you can see from the picture above I have circled the new parts. Any questions feel free to contact me.
